PAY RATE FOR RESTAURANT SERVICE POSITIONS:
$17.27/hour + Estimated Tips ($27-$78/shift)
Bussers = $17.27/hour + Estimated Tips ($27-$78/shift) Cashiers = $17.27/hour + Estimated Tips ($27-$78/shift) Greeters / Hosts / Hostesses = $17.27/hour + Estimated Tips ($27-$78/shift) Food Runners / Expo = $17.27/hour + Estimated Tips ($27-$78/shift) Hiring Multiple Positions Urgently Hiring Job Type: Part-time The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Experience preferred but not required Flexible Work Schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time Positive and Professional Attitude Note: **The starting pay rate for all Front of House employees at Din Tai Fung (Del Amo Fashion Center) is the local minimum + Tips. All "Restaurant Service Positions" candidates, including Server candidates, will be hired with the "Front of House Support Staff" job title and will be responsible for all duties related to the Busser, Cashier, Greeter, and Food Runner/Expo support positions. All "Front of House Support Staff" will be promoted based on performance.
