Marketing Automation Developer
at Credera, you will get to exercise your expertise in marketing automation platforms, email template design, and more. You’ll also be responsible for: Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, social, etc.), managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies, personalized content, and dynamic messaging to optimize campaign performance and customer engagement. Build and manage both one-off and automated/triggered always-on campaigns, including complex workflows. Optimize lead flow from Eloqua to Salesforce (CRM platform) and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Create and modify Campaign Pages in Sitecore, integrate gated content forms, and set up webinars with GoToWebinar. Monitor, report on, and optimize campaign performance, sharing best practices and insights with stakeholders. Support and empower digital marketers in executing campaigns, events, paid media, and social activities. Act as a domain expert for peers and campaign managers, providing guidance on data strategy, segmentation, and technical campaign setup. Understanding the end-to-end experience of emails and forms/landing pages from creation to deployment and reporting. Being the liaison in troubleshooting a myriad of data or technical challenges. Working with vendor, development teams and the business to find resolutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience Certification: Salesforce or Eloqua - desired Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Automation with advanced email marketing expertise. Experience using Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce & Workfront. Experience using Sirius Decisions models (e.g. Demand Waterfall). Familiarity with API integrations and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong understanding of HTML and CSS (including responsive design). Solid comprehension of data systems, flow, and management, with strong analytical and data-driven marketing skills. Logical and technical thinker with experience building processes and solving problems. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage projects and stakeholders effectively. Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
