- Create engaging content, including reels, posts, job posters, carousels, stories, etc., tailored for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, threads, WhatsApp, etc. - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in social media campaigns. - Utilize videography and photography skills to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with brand aesthetics. - Craft compelling captions and scripts for reels and videos that resonate with the target audience and enhance engagement. - Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules across all channels. - Ensure each post reflects the company's brand identity, tone, and messaging guidelines. - Analyze social media analytics and manage data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies accordingly. - Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. - Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in social media efforts. - Adhere to legal guidelines and privacy policies related to social media marketing and content creation. Requirements:

- Proven experience in creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms. - Strong understanding of social media marketing techniques and strategies. - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving social media trends. - Videography and photography skills with experience in editing software is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
