Sales and Marketing Manager Home Care

Golden Years is seeking a career-minded, self-motivated, energetic outbound/telesales professional who is driven, acts independently, and excels at creating new contacts for our Home Care agency. Your primary job focus will be to call families seeking home care services, discuss care needs, build trust and rapport, and schedule a home care assessment. This position offers advancement opportunities for supervisor/manager roles. Hourly pay plus commission bonuses could result in a significant income opportunity. Requirements include submitting weekly reports, tracking lead referral sources, closing leads, and managing your own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary (industry experience is a plus but not required). Skills: Familiar with or have a tolerance for cold calling Developing relationships Qualifying referral sources Time management Networking and network marketing Event coordination Public speaking Handles rejection well Results-oriented Aggressive and Competitive Requirements: Transportation Full-time/Part-time availability Submitting reports Sales and marketing experience or a marketing/business degree Self-starter and independent producer Social media marketing experience a plus, but not necessary Highly organized and polished professional image Must work well under deadlines and pressure to overcome obstacles Responsibilities: Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and drive sales Utilize CRM software (HubSpot) to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines effectively Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies for outreach Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and foster client relationships Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and social media initiatives * Hourly pay plus commission.
