We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of data governance and will involve designing and implementing advanced technology solutions. Cognizant’s ‘Customer service Transformation’ team is part of Cognizant’s Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). This is transforming rapidly, thanks to expanding digital technologies, AI-driven self-service, and the adoption of cloud. Contact centers have re-shaped into experience centers that deliver pro-active, hyper-personalized services. 16 - 20 Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $195,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits:

Responsibilities and Qualifications Minimum 15+ years of experience with contact center domain technologies and products Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda, Dynamo, S3, CloudWatch Shall have hands-on knowledge including solution design and architecture for larger scale contact centers, in building complex contact flows that require in-depth and granular knowledge with Lambda and Lex Minimum 5+ years of experience with Lex dealing various kinds of Bot implementation and build work Shall have design knowledge on deployment pipeline Shall have strong knowledge with AWS infra and overall what services are best to leverage, knows how to derive cost Well versed with full stack development - node.js, python, java script, Java Springboot, Deployment pipeline, Terraform. Should have migration knowledge to deploy applications/infra from on-prem to AWS Connect Added advantage to have Genesys Engage Composer knowledge Shall have knowledge to demonstrate deployment architecture, solution design for middleware systems and be able to review with architecture and security boards Knowledge with Optimizing API performance, data masking and data streaming into Splunk Should have knowledge with deployment pipeline and Terraform Able to demonstrate integration architect with different platforms and best practices
