Product Owner/Solution Architect
Contract role in Alpharetta, GA
No H1B sponsorship available, no third parties. There is potential for conversion to fulltime employee.
Our client is seeking a talented Product Owner to join a growing SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our IAM product offerings while leveraging your technical expertise to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy Prioritize product backlog items Collaborate with stakeholders Analyze system logs to identify issues, trends, and opportunities Generate and interpret metrics, reports, and dashboards Serve as the primary point of contact for customers Conduct customer interviews and gather requirements to inform product development Present product demos and updates to customers, addressing technical questions Work closely with development, QA, and operations Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies Collaborate with support teams Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Product optimization and innovation Track key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the IAM or cybersecurity space Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OIDC) Proficiency in analyzing logs, generating reports, and creating dashboards using tools like Splunk, ELK stack, or similar Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a SaaS environment is highly desirable Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or product management certifications) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their IAM offerings Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to IAM (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001) Familiarity with API design and management
