Senior Integration Architect, Kuiper Commercial Revenue Operations (CRO)
Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The Kuiper Commercial Revenue Operations (CRO) team is responsible for business strategy, customer experience, product management and system development for Kuiper’s enterprise solutions. As a Senior Integration Architect in Kuiper’s Commercial Revenue Operations, you will define, design, architect and implement the middleware integration layer between business, ecommerce and networking systems to enable end to end execution of offer to contract, order to activate and order to cash systems. In this role, you will require expertise in architecting, designing, maintenance and support of middleware solutions that facilitate seamless communication and integration between various systems including Salesforce CPQ, SAP BRIM, Amazon e-commerce APIs, Oracle Financial Applications and Kuiper’s networking systems. The ideal candidate will pioneer mechanisms and processes to enhance speed and scalability within our environment. Key job responsibilities
Integration Strategies: Collaborate with product managers, program managers, engineering managers, software developers, architects, and other engineering teams to integrate applications and systems, ensuring seamless functionality across the organization. Produce design artifacts including system architecture, solution design documents, data models. Solution Development: Develop, configure, and implement middleware technologies such as message queues, API gateways, Apache NiFi or other integration tools to facilitate data exchange and streamline processes. 3P Tool proficiency: Leverage 3P integration technologies such as Salesforce Mulesoft and SAP NetWeaver Process Orchestration to integrate workflows from 3P systems with 1P applications. Architecture Design: Design robust and scalable integration architectures utilizing AWS technologies, middleware, APIs, and connectors to achieve secure and efficient data exchange between diverse systems and modules. Implement security measures and adhere to compliance standards to ensure data integrity and protection during integration processes. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Monitor middleware performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to maintain system efficiency and reliability. Collaboration and Leadership: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, guidance, and expertise to ensure successful integration projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 5+ years of software development experience. Proficiency in middleware technologies such as Apache NiFi, message brokers, API gateways, etc. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.). Experience with 3P middleware like MuleSoft, SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI) and SAP NetWeaver Process Orchestration. Familiarity with cloud-based integration technologies and architectures. Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards related to data integration. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. A lead resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping practical business solutions, identifying and consulting with clients on business process transformation, optimization and best-practice initiatives, testing, training, managing go-live and system cutovers, defining support procedures. Possess a complete and thorough knowledge of SOX compliance regulations, including their implications on software development practices, data handling, and security measures. Ability to think abstractly and deal with ambiguous/undefined problems. Certifications in AWS services or cloud technologies are advantageous.
