Secret is required, Top Secret with SCI eligibility is desired. Education:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or other related engineering or computer science discipline. Experience: Required Experience (within past seven years): Minimum three (3) years of experience performing software engineering management, reduction, and analysis of data, designing tests, and laboratory analyses, including scientific analyses and interpretation of research results for C4ISR systems. Minimum three (3) years of experience with software engineering that includes software planning, requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, debugging, and installing large scale software systems. This experience must also include how to estimate, measure and report quality and progress of the software development effort. Desired Experience (Five years within the past 10 years): Experience developing embedded real-time software. Experience developing models and simulation. Experience working with Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS). Experience with object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) methodologies. Experience with Agile software development. Experience with DevSecOps and/or complex software build plans. Experience with open architecture constructs like Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR)/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS), Open Mission Systems (OMS), Open Communication Standard (OCS); utilizing the Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI). Experience developing and documenting software architecture using Cameo, or similar Model Based Systems Engineering tools. Experience with configuration management and collaboration tools such as (or similar to) Git, JIRA.
