Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Associate Director of Event Production to lead the production of our global and regional events and programs. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile and corporate network events on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include managing all logistics, such as budget management, location scouting, and vendor selection. You will also lead the development of events and experiences, ensuring they align with our goals and resonate with our audience. Additionally, you will manage budgets to ensure cost-efficient and impactful events, and develop ongoing messaging to promote content and programming from dentsu and client events. You will also enhance our presence at industry events by implementing best practices, strategies, and programs that engage clients, leadership, potential clients, and the press. Reports to: SVP, External Agency Programs and Experiences Responsibilities: Plan multiple events and conferences, including: venue sourcing, contracting, budget, site selection, run of shows, online registration, all digital and print materials, transportation, accommodation, communications, gifts and entertainment, catering, tech and AV, content guidance and speaker logistics Support communications team with our leadership programs Ensure seamless integration of creative concepts and technical elements to deliver exceptional experiences Manage the production schedule and coordinate with different departments to ensure successful event execution Develop events calendars and timelines Review and track budgets and vendor contracts with oversight from management Seek and create sponsorship opportunities and activations, track tables and event attendees, track sponsorship budget Shape our events strategy and guide increasing value for events with global clients and executives Willing to put in long hours and travel domestically and internationally to manage on-site Qualifications: 7+ years of experience managing successful events across several channels Experience with sponsorship, experiential marketing, and live events as part of the marketing mix, and the benefits of live events as a communications channel Track record for producing small to large-scale events Experience producing from conception to execution high-level, successful events across several channels Project management skills with prior experience managing multiple partners Skills in sponsorship and live event marketing strategy, negotiation, and execution The anticipated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $126,500. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
