Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to those listed below: Studying the new RF/EMC/SAR/Telecommunication product type approval samples. Utilizing knowledge of electrical engineering to evaluate the test samples on BACL’s projects. Performing testing and evaluations on products using equipment such as spectrum analyzers, receivers, signal generators, signal analyzers, universal radio communication testers, wideband radio communication testers, power sensors, and oscilloscopes. Performing Radio and EMC testing mainly for wireless communications products according to CE and FCC standards, focusing on wireless communication products according to CE and FCC standards (e.g., FCC 15B for unintentional emissions, FCC 15.247 for BT, BLE). Applying test solutions/methods on new RF/EMC/SAR/Telecommunication product types. Developing solutions for approval samples and applications for new RF/EMC/SAR/Telecommunication product types. Implementing quality control procedures to ensure processes comply with global radio regulatory certification requirements. Developing the test interface methodology and programming sequences, including calibration programs. Participating in cross-functional teams to support engineering tests, including software and hardware integration and test solutions. Reporting testing time and resource usage and maintaining documents, including preparing engineering reports and summaries for project tracking. Performing Quality System adherence by conducting testing tasks following BACL’s ISO-conforming quality system and instructions. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Engineering Technology, or related majors, or a minimum of three years of EMC/EMI/RF/Product Safety testing experience. Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language; highly organized and detail-oriented. Knowledge of test equipment operation. Benefits: Paid company holidays.
