HOW A PROGRAM DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above Daily interaction with senior customer and technical managers as well as on contract resources to include corporate leverage organizations. Primary responsibility is to manage all resources and costs, including fluctuation in resource demand, personnel selection and assignments, cross-functional skills, maintaining staff availability to align program resources with mission objectives. Opportunity to coordinate closely with customer senior management to meet strategic goals. Serve as the single focal point for the areas of activity to include project status, tasking, schedule, performance and problem resolution. Partner with customer and contractor technical management team to build and maintain a programmatic plan of approach to support the development and execution of 20+ new business functions/applications. Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program(s) Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education:
BA/BS or equivalent Required Experience:
7+ years of experience as a PM leading/managing large programs Required Technical Skills: Familiar with industry standard project management approaches and methodologies. Required Certification : PMP License Security Clearance Level:
TS SCI with Polygraph Required Skills and Abilities: collaboration, communication, Knowledge of information technology and software development domains, contract management, budgeting, planning, monitoring and evaluation Preferred Skills:
