B2B Integrations Analyst B2B Integrations Specialist IMCD US currently has an opening for a B2B Integrations Specialist near one of our office locations: Rochelle Park, New Jersey, Brea, California, or Westlake, Ohio. The B2B Integrations Analyst is a mid-level role within the Americas IT organization primarily responsible for technical support of all EDI-middleware related partners and projects for the Americas region. The role consists of tasks such as requirements analysis, project management, system configuration, data mapping, and integration activities between IMCD middleware system (MuleSoft) and IMCD's trading partners (suppliers, customers, and logistics providers). The candidate must have a solid education in application technology with strong interpersonal skills to represent the region on projects with external parties. This role also includes working with our HQ team on designing specifications for enhancements to applications and interfaces, testing new processes and tools, and working within business guidelines. Onboarding new B2B connections with IMCD’s business partners (suppliers, customers, governments, etc.) across the Americas region. Maintaining and improving existing integration solutions. Recognizing repetitive issues and finding a structural solution. Monitoring middleware logs to ensure uptime and stability of local integrations. Providing support to internal stakeholders, business partners, and the IT team on middleware/integration solutions. Providing guidance, documentation, and communication on integrations to/from third parties. Supporting head office Middleware team with projects and support where needed. Investigating innovative and best practice approaches to integration solutions. Modeling and mapping data sets to the IMCD templates using proven methodologies and models. Implementing routine monitoring, reporting, logging, and notifications for EDI transmissions and EDI data quality. Performing Root Cause Analysis on problems, documenting, and identifying best practices. Able to write operational procedures. Able to troubleshoot business process changes, errors, and subsequent modifications. Able to interpret the operational requirements of end users, project managers, and other stakeholders. Skills:

Good communication skills – able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Good organizational and project management skills – coordinating across various stakeholders is a key part of this role. Willingness to take ownership and ability to manage and coordinate various stakeholders. A team-player approach with both internal and external staff. Self-starter and highly motivated to make proactive changes. Required Qualifications:

B.S. degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. Three to five years’ experience in a related field. 4+ years' experience working with data transformation and middleware technologies such as X12, EDIFACT, and other formats like XML. Desired Qualifications:

ERP JDE 9.2 or other ERP system (SAP, D365, etc.). Experience with MuleSoft or other Middleware technologies (MuleSoft Certification will be provided). Experience with Managed File Transfers tools and solutions. Willingness to learn about the aspects of integration. Competencies:

This job currently operates in Westlake, OH on a hybrid schedule. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., unless otherwise directed. Additional hours may be required as needed. Travel

Travel will be required. Some travel may be necessary to our Americas and/or Head Office (Rotterdam) on occasion (less than 10 business days per year).
