The Web Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and optimize digital experiences across websites and applications. Collaborate with business teams to gather tracking requirements, measure campaign performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations. What you'll bring to the role:
Work closely with business stakeholders to continuously maintain and expand the data collected in our analytics platform as well as working closely with our various teams to understand their analytical needs and develop solutions to drive data-driven decisions to support their objectives. Build new/maintain existing dashboards, conduct strategic analyses, generate insights from website behavioral data and support the optimization of our overall digital presence. Present your findings to business owners and management, providing actionable insights. Desire to train and support team members and cross-functional teams to support self-service analytics. Actively check code is correctly implemented by verifying that user interactions on websites/applications are registering as expected events, including reviewing real-time data to see if anticipated actions are being captured and reviewing specific event parameters to ensure integrity/accuracy of site analytics data. Communicate and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure visibility, transparency, and understanding of the current backlog for features and functionality. Assure timely and successful delivery of analytics sprint deliverables (2-weeks) and PI Outcome delivery (12-weeks). Negotiate cross-functional priorities and dependencies. Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals. Role Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics. Proficiency in various analytics and performance measurement tools preferably Adobe Analytics or similar technologies. Familiarity with analytics back-end logic for data collection and data capture. Strong knowledge in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI. Understanding of data marketplace technologies, and analytics technology stack. Experience utilizing various marketing technologies, including ad platforms, email marketing platforms & tag management systems, etc. Experience with agile methodologies and technology (ADO, Jira, etc.). Familiarity with data integrations, extracting data from multiple sources, consolidating, querying, manipulating, analyzing, etc. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, leveraging both technical and business languages. Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English). What you can expect from us:
