Senior Office 365 (O365) Engineer Chicago, IL (WFH 2 days, onsite 3 days)

Summary The Senior Office 365 Engineerwill be responsible for supporting, managing, and enhancing the O365 platform and products. This is a technical role that will also require an understanding of the business challenges the platform helps to solve. What you'll be doing

Plan and execute migrations of data inside and outside of the M365 platform Automate processes and reporting through Powershell and GraphAPI Responsible for technical documentation creation and maintenance for M365 technologies Responsible for managing the resolution of major incidents and any escalated problems forM365 Responsible for the security, resilience and monitoring ofthe platform Configure and manage 3rdparty tools and integrations into the M365 platform Identify opportunities for enhancement to the platform Represent M365 in Change Advisory Board meetings Help build and implement governance controls across the M365 platform Collaborate with internal and/or external resources, providing technical expertise for M365 Skills we're seeking

10+ total years of experience with O365/Messaging/Infrastructure engineering Experience with O365 architecture, technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams 5+ years of experience with the Office 365 Suite specifically

Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, PowerApps, PowerAutomate

Strong experience with Active Directory + Azure AD/Conditional Access Strong experience with Microsoft Teams including Telephony Scriptingand automationexperience

PowerShell GraphAPI

Nice to haves

O365/M365 Certification Knowledge with authentication systems such asOkta, Azure Active Directory,Active Directory,SAML, WS-Fed, OAuthKerberos, and LDAP
