This position involves designing and managing grading, drainage, and earthwork components for a wide range of site development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, be capable of independent project work, and work collaboratively with senior engineers and other project stakeholders to deliver successful site design solutions.
Responsibilities:

Ensure that all grading designs comply with local zoning codes, building codes, stormwater regulations, and environmental guidelines. Assist in obtaining necessary permits for site development and coordinate with local authorities as needed. Provide support during the construction phase by reviewing contractor submittals, attending site meetings, and ensuring grading work is performed according to design specifications. Help resolve any field issues related to grading and drainage. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and assist with reviewing their work to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.

We balance technical precision with collaborative delivery throughout all project phases. We have the resources and expertise to contribute to a project at the feasibility and planning stage, navigate the regulatory and permitting requirements, develop detailed designs, self-perform construction, and participate in startup, testing, and commissioning.
