Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and organizing company culture activities. As an HR Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR departments daily operations, contributing to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment Support Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. Draft and extend job offers to selected candidates. Support the creation and posting of job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire documentation and orientation materials. Coordinate and facilitate the new hire orientation sessions. Support the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring that exit interviews and necessary paperwork are completed. HR Administrative Support Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations. Manage HR files and ensure all employee documentation is compliant with company policies and regulations. Employee Engagement & Company Culture Help plan and organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events, celebrations, and wellness initiatives. Assist in the implementation of company culture programs that promote a positive work environment. Contribute ideas to improve employee morale and foster a strong company culture. General HR Assistance Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, scheduling, and responding to employee inquiries. Participate in special HR projects as needed. Qualifications : Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (bilingual proficiency required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
