This a Hybrid role (3 days onsite) in Boca Raton FL. W2 or 1099only no C2C Job Description: Azure focus (Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos, APIM) Nice to have - Salesforce experience with integrations and/or development. Long Term Role Responsibilities and Duties: Design, engineer, and develop enterprise-level applications using .NET Core, C#, and Azure PaaS offerings Implement RESTful APIs leveraging JSON-based data formats Escalate issues and risks to the Tech Lead / Delivery Architect as needed Execute assigned development tasks and communicate progress, risks, or blockers to the Tech Lead / Delivery Architect Ensure adherence to development standards, including code quality reviews and compliance scans Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements, estimate development efforts, and finalize work plans Write and execute unit and integration tests as part of the development lifecycle Participate in and/or lead the implementation and handover of completed components Contribute to task identification and backlog refinement Understand both functional and technical requirements and participate/lead design discussions Assist with troubleshooting across applications, integrations, and component layers Support Operations teams during deployments across various environments (Development, QA, Staging, Production) Work closely with other developers and QA engineers throughout the SDLC Thrive in a dynamic environment with continuous integration and evolving requirements Qualifications and Skills: 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise integration solutions, APIs, and service-oriented architectures 5+ years of in-depth development experience with C#/.NET 5+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience (including development and performance tuning) 5+ years of experience with PowerShell; familiarity with JSON, XML, and related scripting is a plus 5+ years of experience using Visual Studio with Continuous Integration Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code principles 3+ years of experience working with document databases such as MongoDB and/or Cosmos DB 3+ years performing object-oriented design and building backend applications with RESTful services 2+ years of UI development experience, collaborating with UI/UX Designers 2+ years working within an Agile product team environment 1+ year of development experience with messaging platforms (e.g., IBM MQ, MSMQ) Experience with PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint is a plus Azure PaaS implementation experience is a plus AWS IaaS implementation is a plus Familiarity with Azure Web Apps, API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus is beneficial Experience with SQL Azure, Azure Tables, and Cosmos DB is a plus Strong understanding of RESTful services, JSON formats, HTTP protocols, and internetworking concepts Knowledge of EAI, SOA best practices, and development methodologies Experience working on complex state machines Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular is a plus) Experience orchestrating complex use cases involving multiple systems, with robust error handling and logging Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues and defects Experience in CI/CD using Azure DevOps or comparable tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git) is a plus MCSE or other Microsoft certifications and Azure certifications are advantageous Hands-on experience or certification in AWS is a plus Technologies: Microsoft stack: ASP.NET Core, Azure, C#/Web API Azure: EventHub/ServiceBus, Function Apps, Logic Apps, .NET Core, RESTful services, AWS, Power Apps Web: Azure Web Apps, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap Frameworks: .NET Core 2.1+ (required), .NET 6, Azure PaaS, jQuery, AngularJS, Blazor
