Seeking Program Manager candidates with relevant Defense and Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense and Security Sector Clients such as NSWC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Strategy Management Functional Area - Strategic Performance Management Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. These services are considered part of the ProSidian Aerospace, Defense, and Military Sector Group, with the overall focus being Aerospace, Defense, and Military Sector Group: Services and Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, and Maintain Mission-Readiness under NAICS Code: 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). Oversees the project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure all aspects of the contract meet NSWC PHD requirements and timelines. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in program or project management. Skills Required Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe). Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
