Responsible for the management of highly complex, highly prioritized, company strategic initiatives to achieve company goals. Responsible to lead and manage one or more highly complex Steering Team initiatives or enterprise-wide IT programs impacting several business functions. Responsibilities

You Will: Perform end-to-end project management of medium to large initiatives, including:

Partnering with business leadership Managing project delivery across internal IT Partnering with third-party vendors and service providers

Assist in defining best-in-class project delivery methods and ensure best practices and methods are adopted by team members Assist PMO Manager in building and maintaining a best-in-breed PMO Mentor project managers and business analysts Manage all aspects of assigned initiatives/IT projects; including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues Identify areas of risk, initiatives and planning for mitigation Provide status updates to executive sponsors, business owners, and key stakeholders on program status, scope, schedule, and budget by facilitating meetings and delivering executive-level presentations Manage projects across internal IT teams, business services groups, field operating groups, and third-party software partners Cultivate relationships across the business services groups to provide project leadership Promote, provide input, and assist with evolving the Project Management Office capability Provide subject matter expertise in areas including project management, scope definition, risk identification, mitigation, and project financial management Partner with other ITS Leaders to provide input to and/or assist with tool selection, strategic vendor partners, and providing input to the technology roadmap relative to the project they manage Provide input to the Project Management team budget including initiatives and training Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties or special projects as assigned Qualifications

You Will Have: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience Minimum of five years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least one year of leadership experience and two years in managing large IT, operational and/or business transformation programs Extensive experience in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools including, but not limited to Agile, Standard SDLC and/or Waterfall Experience with both ‘build’ and ‘buy’ methods for project delivery (software as a service/Saas, mobile apps, custom build solutions and large ERP systems) Experience with vendor negotiations, RFPs, and statements of work Experience with implementing appropriate financial controls within programs and projects Experience with ITIL and Service Level Management concepts Previous experience managing (either directly or indirectly) project teams and team members preferred Experience with construction, project operations & supply chain preferred Experience with business process improvement and/or LEAN methods preferred Experience with service readiness and project implementation planning Experience with Organization Change Management methods preferred Ability to travel up to 25%
