You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting our solutions effectively, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure successful project execution.
Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial and residential sectors who require masonry services and facade restoration. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and project requirements to provide tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. Collaborate with the operations team to develop accurate project proposals, estimates, and timelines. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our client base. Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
