A growing Electronics manufacturing company is looking for a full time Creative Director to join their team. Responsibilities Include: Leadership and Vision:
Define and maintain high creative standards for the team. Creative Direction:
Set guidelines for project direction and final approval of critical projects. Talent Acquisition:
Develop processes for recruiting, onboarding, and training creative team members. Team Building:
Lead the expansion of the in-house creative division and manage external creative resources. Process Optimization:
Establish effective processes to support the evolving creative team. Budget Management:
Set and manage project budgets while allocating resources effectively. Collaboration:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments. Operational Excellence:
Ensure efficient project management and prioritization. Priority Setting:
Determine project priorities and resource allocation standards. First 30-60 Days Objectives: 30 Days:
Evaluate the current team and develop a plan for team structure and resource retention. Establish a timeline and budget for backlog clearance. 60 Days:
Implement clear processes for the team and actively expand the team. Reduce backlog to 4 weeks with a plan to achieve a 3-week SLA. 90 Days:
Finalize team roster, streamline internal processes, and achieve a 3-week SLA on approved projects. Ideal Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of Amazon merchandising experience. Leadership experience managing creative teams for at least 3 years. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail. Native English speaker with a strong sense of design and creative strategy. Demonstrated ability to balance talent resources and creative budgets effectively. Salary:
