As the Head of Corporate Communications & Brand, you will shape and implement Tek’s global corporate communications and brand strategies, driving differentiation and impact across owned and earned channels.
Reporting to the Global VP of Marketing, you’ll lead efforts to refine Tek’s value proposition, voice, and visual identity, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across owned channels and key engagements. You’ll also lead all outbound communications strategies and activations to enhance brand reputation and awareness, including crafting brand-aligned messages and stories, driving thought leadership, securing impactful media coverage, and partnering with marketing leads and executives to hone optimal strategies around product launches and high-priority events.
As a leader part of the global marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for positioning Tek as an industry innovator, aligning strategies with regional teams and stakeholders and guiding activations executed by teams and agencies.

Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity Develop and oversee Tek’s global brand strategy, ensuring a cohesive narrative, value proposition, and messaging across channels. Guide the creation of brand assets and templates, collaborating with agency designers to modernize the brand identity. Lead the activation of the brand across channels, assets, and activations, maintaining consistency and impact. Drive the strategy for brand portfolio restructuring and drive naming strategies for absorbed and new products, ensuring products are easily identifiable and brand hierarchy is sensical. Partner with marketing leads to deliver integrated campaigns and creative activations that foster brand loyalty and advocacy. Corporate Communications Lead global corporate communications including executive communications, media relations, thought leadership, and crisis response. Shape and execute strategies for product launches and high-profile events, ensuring alignment across regions and stakeholders. Cultivate relationships with key media outlets to secure meaningful coverage and elevate Tek’s narrative. Develop scalable thought leadership initiatives, building a robust spokesperson bench and securing impactful industry engagements. Oversee content creation for communications, such as blogs and infographics. Bring stakeholders along with all communications strategies and counsel executives to enhance public speaking and media skills. Leadership & Transformation Reimage communications and brand execution to inspire and engage target audiences with Tek’s vision and priorities in new, compelling ways. Build and lead a high-performing team to execute brand and communications strategies with creativity, strategy, and efficiency. Co-lead the transformation of systems, processes, and tools to streamline global marketing and communications workflows, and continually monitor efficacy. Qualifications
10+ years of agency or in-house experience leading a global communications team and programs 3 years of brand strategy experience and/or working with brand agencies Bachelor’s degree A passion for technology and experience with B2B An aptitude for curiosity and problem solving Strong strategic thinker and innovative problem solver Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including editing and copywriting Excellent collaborator with an ability to gain consensus and execute solution-driven results with cross-organizational leaders Passionate about doing the right/best thing A steward of cultural tenets
