Job Description
Keysight's High Frequency Technology Center (HFTC) in Santa Rosa is seeking an R&D Manager to lead a growing team of process engineers responsible for Heterogeneous Integration of semiconductor technologies. This team develops and manufactures System in Package (SiP) modules that enable New Product Introductions (NPI).
The Engineering Manager will lead wafer-level assembly processes, and will have additional leadership opportunities in semiconductor fabrication, heterogenous integration, and factory automation, in partnership with fab operations and equipment teams.
The Engineering Manager will be accountable for yield, cycle time, quality, on-time delivery, and execution of overall manufacturing and research goals. This position involves significant technical depth, managing teams of scientist and engineers, and leading technical projects.

Design for manufacturing Semiconductor fabrication Heterogenous integration Module electrical and reliability testing Wafer-level and PCA-level assembly Die attach: flip chip, thermocompression bonding Surface mount technology: adhesive dispense, pick and place, solder reflow Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI)

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below. California pay range: MIN $153,000- MAX $255,000 Note:
