Job Title: Software Product Designer

User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use insights to inform and guide the design process. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing. UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital touchpoints. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to a collaborative, iterative design process. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine designs and enhance overall product usability. Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Apply this knowledge to improve the design process and deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. Expertise in visual design software tools. An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members. Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback. A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of UX. Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts. Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve. Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field such as graphic design or computer science. Proven experience as a Software Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Benefits
