Solutions Architect

to help drive our next phase of growth. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in advancing our sales efforts by supporting sellers from a technical perspective. Your expertise will ensure the successful execution of complex sales cycles, including demos, pilots, solution design, authoring statement of work and handover to Professional Services. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales to define and scope accurate, timely proposals. Lead persuasive and credible conversations to elevate our technology in the marketplace. Establish yourself as a domain expert for internal and external stakeholders. Work with Product Management to identify and implement features that address customer needs. Share best practices to enhance team efficiency and outcomes. Conduct discovery sessions to define business issues and position the value of our solutions. Manage and execute PoCs, pilot projects, and proof-of-value exercises. Design location-based solutions using Kontakt.io products and partner WiFi infrastructure. Deliver training to sales teams, customers, and partners as needed. Travel up to 25% to support on-site demonstrations and PoCs. Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-sales Consulting, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Excellent Customer facing skills, ability to present to large audiences. Strong background in technical demos, PoCs, and technical education. 3+ years of API programming experience. Cloud/SaaS experience. Bonus Points

Expertise in RTLS and location technologies (BLE, WiFi). Knowledge of networking or tech infrastructure products. Experience in the B2B enterprise healthcare sector. Familiarity with relational databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and Docker. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages. Proven success in PoC/PoV projects leading to closed deals. What We’re Looking For
