Role Overview:
As the Investor Relations Manager, you will be the driving force behind capital-raising initiatives, owning investor relationships, and ensuring flawless execution in managing funds. This role is tailor-made for a confident, results-oriented professional with an innate ability to build trust, close deals, and dominate in the high-stakes world of real estate investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of capital-raising efforts to fuel high-value real estate projects.
Build, strengthen, and dominate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Manage the seamless flow of investor funds, ensuring transparency and precision.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and compelling reports to current and prospective investors.
Be the face of SDRE Homebuyers at investor meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Partner with internal teams to ensure strategies align with aggressive business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven success in raising capital and managing investor relations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute under pressure.
Background in real estate, finance, or business preferred.

Compensation:
Base salary starting at $100,000 + aggressive performance-based bonuses.
