We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Onboarding and Implementations to join our Global Markets team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or New York, NY – Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Independently onboard clients onto the BNY/Pershing Institutional Alternatives Platform. Serve as an advisor to clients as they onboard/transition/convert to/from organization products and solutions. Provide consultative support for a suite of products and offerings to internal and external clients. Product Manage the activities from conception to completion of integration. Identify significant gaps or quality issues in transition processes and make recommendations for improvement. Work with internal stakeholders across multiple control groups to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5+ years of total work experience in Client Transitions and/or Prime Brokerage. FINRA Series 7 and 99 licenses preferred. Experience working with Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and other investment vehicles. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Well organized, detail-oriented team player. Solid background in and understanding of the AML/KYC regulatory environment.
