Join our MAHLE team! #StrongerTogether Your Contribution Support issues related to the applications: Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard, Remedy Single Sign-On, Mid-tier. Provide support for BMC Remedy ITSM modules including: Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Configuration Database Management, Service Level Management. Configure Foundation data and set up ITSM modules. Manage Service Requests using SRM or the Digital Workplace Catalog. Create Reports, Dashboards, and distribute reports. Create reconciliation jobs, custom datasets, attributes, and classes in CMDB. Maintain CMDB health checks and configure notifications using HTML. Respond to and resolve issues within defined SLAs. Engage with BMC to identify and resolve issues. Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Proficiency in BMC Remedy ITSM. Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process automation, as well as skill in creating reports and dashboards. Understanding of HTML, ability to configure Foundation data and ITSM modules. Skill in managing service requests and coordinating actions within defined SLA agreements. Very good English skills. Experience in leading a distributed team. Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus. Closing date
