Salary Range: $37.36 - $45.68/hour ($77,708.80 - $95,014.40 annually) *

The
Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator
plays a key role in providing professional support for implementing diversity initiatives. The
Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator
is responsible for providing project research and project logistical support to help the team achieve its goals. The
Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator
reports to the Associate Director of Attorney Development and Diversity and collaborates closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager. Job Functions & Responsibilities Supports the Diversity and Inclusion team by assisting with project and program coordination and by driving logistical planning necessities. Works closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager to support and coordinate firm affinity group efforts and initiatives, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas (with up-to-date diversity statistics), recording and distributing minutes, and ensuring materials are organized and accessible. In collaboration with the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager, drives databases oversight for all current LEAP/MTO mentees and alumni; prepares marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and related documents; tracks participants post-program graduation and reports on appropriate metrics. Maintains firm diversity statistics and additional tracking resources, ensuring that team resources are updated weekly. Supports the Attorney Development and Diversity team with preparing responses to client requests and industry surveys; tracks diversity demographics of committee assignments throughout the year. Manages internal Diversity email inbox and appropriately responds to requests. Tracks diversity opportunities and individual development plans; responsible for monthly review of diversity-related firm expenses. Conducts first pass at maintaining the firm’s diversity internal intranet pages; ensures online content is relevant. Maintains a system to track attorney marketing efforts, assists the team throughout the year by building the resource library for the firm’s diversity strategic materials. Schedules affinity group and committee meetings, creates agenda, and takes minutes; ensures that all relevant diversity materials are filed and accessible. Tracks and processes expenses, updates the team’s shared calendar, and assists with event planning. Oversees special projects and other duties as assigned. Tools Computer Telephone Printer, Fax, Scanner, Photocopier, Shredder MS Office Suite Minimum Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role. Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word). Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in challenging circumstances. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Ability to communicate effectively and develop partnerships with attorneys, professionals, and peers. Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency while providing excellent customer service. Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and non-traditional business hours during the week. Ability to use critical thinking and complex problem-solving to develop solutions to operational issues. Physical Demands Writing, typing, reading, speaking, hearing, seeing, sitting, bending, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs.
