Join our talented team of system administrators and help keep critical business systems functioning with the highest reliability and provide optimal user experience. We help our internal customers so they can support our Constant Contact mission of supporting small businesses and non-profits so they can help the small stand tall. This is a hybrid flexible role requiring a few days a week in our Waltham, MA office. What you'll do: Provide focused attention on back-office systems projects to enable scalability, reliability, and manageability of all corporate computing environments. Perform routine back-office systems administration tasks as needed. Identify opportunities for systems or process improvements. Troubleshoot systems issues and drive initiatives to ensure future avoidance. Research and recommend new technologies to support varying business needs. Deliver technical expertise and proficiency across a broad spectrum of technologies and is capable of solving technical problems of varying complexity. Effectively communicate topics of a technical nature to a diverse audience. Document system issues and solutions, best practices, and system architecture. Who you are: 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role. Hands-on Experience Configuring and Managing: Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022. Email administration, i.e., Google G-Suite or Office 365. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RADIUS. Identity Management (Ping, SSO), certificate management. Multi-Factor solutions, i.e., DUO, RSA. Virtualization, VMware and/or HyperV. Backup technologies, i.e., Veeam, Backup Exec. SOX controls and PCI audits. Scripting, i.e., PowerShell, VBScript. Interface with internal business partners regarding their applications, including ERPs, BI systems, etc. Desirable: Experience Administrating Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Cloud Computing Services. Linux server administration - basic level. ServiceNow ITSM. Kace Software Deployment. Server EndPoint Protection, i.e., Sophos, CrowdStrike. VDI management and administration.
