Management/supervisory experience (5+ years) Data analysis experience (5+ years) Experience working with large datasets and data analysis Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: MS Projects, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Jira, DevOps Strong management skills, including escalation policies and employment law knowledge (specifically in the UK) Experience with data transformation and migration projects Experience with legacy databases like Infoship or Amos and migration to MAST Preferred:
Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed resources Knowledge of data validation processes and designing validation test cases Ability to work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external vendors Strong technical and interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure data quality assurance for MAST program databases, including order & maintenance history, ship inventory, and budget information Validate core, reference, and transactional data by executing and reporting on test cases and addressing data queries Lead internal and offshore teams to align database validation with ship deployment timelines and project plans Work with internal developers and third-party vendors to validate database builds while adhering to quality standards Use MS Projects or equivalent tools to monitor tasks, track dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders Supervise, review performance, and mentor team members to improve output and professional growth Identify and recommend improvements in validation processes or technology for alignment with program goals Enjoy a comprehensive employee benefits program:
