Key job responsibilities: Design and Implement Communications Components, Applications and Services Partner with the Satellite, Networks and Security engineering teams Design components, services, and relevant data models Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. This role is for a Software Development Engineer who will design, build, and maintain components and services of Project Kuiper's Customer Engagement Systems and interact with the core Kuiper Network. About the team: Our team owns developing the architecture, solutions & roadmap for managing the customer lifecycle for communications services; for example identity and account management, subscriber management services, user provisioning, billing and payments, customer and technical support tools, offer management tools, and customer metrics and analytics. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience Experience programming with at least one software programming language PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Posted:
