Job Title: MSG-3 Analyst Location: San Jose, CA Zip Code: 95134 Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr DoE Schedule: Remote Eligible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform Systems, Structures, Zonal and/or Lightning & HIRF MSG-3 analysis to create scheduled maintenance requirements; Work with the Technical Publications department and engineering teams to support the creation of Maintenance Manuals (AMM, FIM, SRM, CMM and others); Review the aircraft maintenance requirements and procedures ensuring completeness and accuracy; Interface with design engineering and suppliers to discuss maintenance requirements and procedures;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. Degree in Engineering preferred; Aerospace background; Understands systems architectures, system failures, failure modes and effects, aircraft structures concepts; Familiar with Reliability Centered Maintenance concept and processes; Knowledge of the ATA MSG-3 methodology and the Maintenance Review Board (MRB) or Maintenance Type Board (MTB) processes (S4000P may also be acceptable); 10+ years experience creating MSG-3 analysis for aircraft (Part 25 or Part 23); Experience creating, supporting and/or validating aircraft maintenance tasks procedures; Experience using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis for application into Maintenance analysis;
