Wheeler Staffing Partners (WSP) is seeking a Financial Advisor Recruiter to join our growing team in Plano, TX! This hybrid role offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and recruiting top-tier financial advisor candidates to meet the needs of our clients.

Financial Advisor Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, Bullhorn, and other tools to identify, evaluate, and connect with qualified financial advisor candidates.
• Screening and Matching: Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, licenses (e.g., Series 7, 66), and career goals to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Client Representation: Act as a trusted liaison between candidates and clients, presenting candidates' credentials and ensuring a seamless match for the client’s requirements.
• Job Analysis and Market Research: Review client profiles and job descriptions to determine ideal candidate qualifications and sourcing strategies.
• Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and clients, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with sales and recruiting teams to manage multiple job requisitions and deliver exceptional results to clients.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and organized records to support recruitment efforts and meet compliance standards.

Financial Advisor Recruiter Job Requirements:

• Recruitment Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within financial services or related industries.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial advisor certifications, licensing (e.g., Series 7, 66, or CFP), and industry trends is a plus.
• Networking Skills: Ability to effectively utilize databases, professional networks, and sourcing tools to identify top talent.
• Team and Individual Performance: Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently to achieve recruitment goals.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Technology Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicant tracking systems, and online platforms.
• Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
