SUMMARY: The Implementation Manager will manage the team of Implementation Specialists that are responsible for the implementation of solutions and project management. They will work to meet or exceed contractual obligations, and company sales revenue and profit objectives in accordance with company processes, procedures, and policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget and meet client expectations
  • Management of the implementation of projects
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provides regular reports
  • Manages client issues
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Work with team to develop a knowledgeable and team-based workforce
  • Handles administrative processes for employees
  • Coordinate and monitor individual case set up
  • Ensure completion of baseline deliverables
  • This position performs a variety of tasks and directs the work of others
  • May provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to judge and plan goals
  • Ability to lead and direct others
  • Have a wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
  • Able to manage several projects at once
  • Must have proficient knowledge of assigned customer's contract
  • Must be proficient in coaching and leading


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Up to 5-7 years of experience preferred

REASONING ABILITY:

Employee responds to commonly occurring problems/situations for which standards, procedures or precedents exist.

None required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Employee is regularly required to speak and hear English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.

Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _25_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.

PPE REQUIRED:

Wrist rest for keyboard and mouse pad.
