CCRN preferred. Is on-call REQ? may be placed on call as needed for the department Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float to other units as needed. Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. Special Requirements: Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG. Experience with Thermoregulation: hypothermia/hyperthermia required. IV insulin protocol experience required. GI surgery experience required. Experience with Chronic/Acute Renal failure required. Required IV therapy Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. Required Medication Skills/Experience: Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips. Required Neurological Case Skills/Experience: CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drains (EVD), Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, ICP monitoring, Lumbar drains, Post Neurosurgery management, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury. Required Respiratory/Thoracic Case Skills/Experience: Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management. Required Professional Topics and Skills: Infection Precautions, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac.
