We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Developer Advocate / Developer Marketer to play a key role in raising awareness of Hyperswitch within the developer community and driving its adoption. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to craft compelling messaging and content that highlights the value of Hyperswitch. The ideal candidate is a confident and engaging communicator, skilled at presenting to large audiences and inspiring action. Role overview : Attending, sponsoring and hosting Tech events Attend Tech and OSS events and find effective ways to present and communicate our product messaging through 1:1, speaker opportunities, sponsorship and more. Capture learnings from these events and collaborate with Tech and Product teams to drive the next steps effectively to onboard merchants. Exhibit curiosity to learn and understand the problem space in a detailed fashion and be open to sharing the depth of understanding with the team. Community Engagement Establish strong relationships with developer, architects & CTO communities, influencers, and online forums in the payments space to raise awareness of Hyperswitch. Actively participate in community discussions on HackerNew, Reddit and other forums, respond to inquiries, and engage with developers to foster a supportive ecosystem. Create programs that enable developers to onboard quickly, access resources, and find success within the Hyperswitch product ecosystem. Technical Enablement, Education & Thought Leadership Develop and deliver technical content (blogs, webinars, videos, documentation) that educates and inspires developers on how to leverage the Hyperswitch product suite. Craft engaging talks, demos, and presentations for industry conferences, community meetups, and events to showcase the power of building on our platform. Work with engineering and product teams to improve developer documentation, sample code, and SDKs to ensure developers have seamless experiences when building solutions. Platform & Ecosystem Partnerships Focus on identifying, developing, and scaling innovative partnership opportunities with ecosystem enablers such as platforms, marketplaces, and more. Explore opportunities within the open source ecosystem, including open source program offices and commercial OSS products, to bundle solutions effectively and drive adoption strategies. Qualifications : 5 years in developer advocacy, technical evangelism, or a related role, with a strong technical background in B2B SaaS for the US market. Proven experience building and nurturing developer communities, including hands-on experience engaging with developers on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and community forums. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating technical content across various formats (written, video, live presentations). High developer empathy Great problem solving skills Willingness to travel for industry conferences, meetups, and events, as needed. Prior experience in Payments / Fintech is a plus Compensation : Juspay’s salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of Juspay’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: Paid time off, 401(k) plan, and access to health and dental insurance. Juspay’s salary range for this role is: $160,000 - $220,000 USD
