Certification Details Certifications required: BCLS Certifications Preferred: chemotherapy administration certification Must pass cardiac exam during orientation Job Details Holiday Incentive Contract Lengths: 15-20 weeks options Please submit for more details Specialty: MS/Tele. 36 or 48 hours accepted for this position Med Surg & MS/Tele Ratios: 1:5-6, occasional 1:7 This is a fast pace/high case load facility Job Requirements Experience Required: 2 years First time travelers are accepted Every other weekend required Floating Required: Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses Certifications required: BCLS Skills Required: Cardiac Monitoring, gastrointestinal experience, renal failure, IV, heparin/insulin/PCA, ortho experience, CVA, spinal cord and traumatic brain injury experience required, respiratory experience required Must pass cardiac exam during orientation EMR experience required Schedule Information Candidates contracted for 48 hours - OT is billed after 48hrs Locals are welcome to submit Unit is primarily Ortho/post-surgical and trauma; a select part of the unit is dedicated to oncology patients Chemotherapy is sometimes administered by trained nurses who are certified Must be willing to float within specialty and between campuses Unit Specific Information Unit is primarily Ortho/post-surgical and trauma Aya Offer available if no RTO and clinical pass meets specific facility requirements Additional Details Holiday Policy 2024: Allowed (1) holiday RTO request in contract Travelers can have up to 3 consecutive days off surrounding the holiday but may not include more than one holiday Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile and confirm fit Return travelers and travel pairs not eligible for Aya Offer
