Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to join our recruitment team at our client's workplace. The Onsite Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish as the recruiter will interact with diverse talent pools and facilitate communication between the client and candidates in both languages. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Sourcing:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment needs.
    • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Utilize bilingual skills to source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds, ensuring no language barriers in communication.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings in both English and Spanish to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  2. Interviewing & Candidate Evaluation:
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates in both languages.
    • Facilitate interviews, acting as a bridge between the candidate and hiring team if necessary, providing bilingual support for assessment.
    • Assist hiring managers with candidate evaluation, providing detailed feedback and recommendations.
  3. Offer Management & Negotiation:
    • Present job opportunities to selected candidates in both English and Spanish ensuring clear communication of compensation, benefits, and expectations.
    • Handle tours and time keeping for each candidate
  4. Onboarding Support:
    • Provide guidance to new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration into the client’s company culture.
    • Ensure bilingual support for new hires during their first days/weeks.
  5. Client Relations & Reporting:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client HR teams and hiring managers, ensuring alignment on recruitment goals and processes.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports on recruitment progress, highlighting key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity hiring.
  6. Compliance & Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  7. Diversity & Inclusion:
    • Actively promote diversity in the hiring process by sourcing candidates from a variety of backgrounds and ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in an onsite or client-facing role.
    • Proven experience with end-to-end recruitment for various roles mainly in the distribution setting
    • Experience recruiting for a diverse, bilingual candidate pool is a plus.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in recruitment tools and software (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
    • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruiting.
