Title of Position: Assistant General Manager
Job Description: As an Assistant General Manager at our bakery, you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing all aspects of the bakery's operations. This includes assisting the GM with managing budgets, scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control for all products. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the daily production of all baked goods, manage inventory levels, and handle any customer inquiries or complaints. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in creating a positive and efficient work environment for our team and ensuring the success of our bakery.

Qualifications:
• The Assistant General Manager must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team is required for the Assistant General Manager
• The Assistant General Manager must have a strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills is required for the Assistant General Manager
• The Assistant General Manager must be proficient in budgeting and inventory management.
