- Experience supervising Production and Packaging Departments
- Working knowledge of SQF, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, USDA and GMP's compliance and standards
- Hands-on Floor Leader
- Continuous Improvement
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization
