Proposal Writer

Responsibilities • Responsible for proposals across multiple product and service offerings. • Responsible for activities such as proposal drafting and research. • Successfully manages projects to meet pre-determined deadlines. • Works with RPS business partners to research and capture information vital to maintain content that can be used by diverse audiences. • Tailors RFP content to match product offer and adequately respond to questions received from clients and advisors. • Develops and refines content management processes and proposal library content. • Works directly with the partner teams to clarify content requirements. Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND • 5 years of total relevant work experience Preferred • Meaningful understanding of the retirement industry • Experience in the completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQ requests • Familiar with RFPIO or similar database • Strong editing, writing and project management skills • Ability to adjust to changes in workflow and direction • Successful time management skills • Great teammate with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task • Full understanding of MS Office product suite
