Job Title: Digital Product Manager Partner Card Servicing

Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Pay Range: $70/Hr to $78/hr

Hours: 7am EST to 6pm EST, 8 hours within this window, typically coordinated with offshore team meetings.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team in driving forward the Partner Card Servicing initiative for one of the leading financial institutions. In this role, you will help shape the digital future of Partner credit card servicing platforms, ensuring that partner expectations for best-in-class experience, speed to market, and market-leading capabilities are exceeded.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop responsive, white-label digital experiences, enhance existing solutions, and migrate partner credit card customers from legacy systems to modern technology platforms. Youll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine customer experiences, increase engagement, and optimize digital solutions to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile Teams: Drive full-stack agile teams in support of modernized Partner Card Issuing for both new and existing partners.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the product roadmap, setting and tracking execution milestones for features and improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Relationship Managers to understand partner needs and balance them with the technical capabilities required for a seamless user experience.
  • Customer Communications: Create and execute digital customer communications in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic Leadership: Participate in internal digital leadership strategy discussions to drive decision-making and maintain alignment with migration strategies.
  • Liaison Between Teams: Act as a liaison between business lines and Agile teams to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision and facilitate smooth execution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis and customer research to identify key problems and develop the right solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and sales.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for customer-obsessed, innovative, and lovable digital products within and outside the Digital Office organization.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work within a matrixed leadership environment, collaborating with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, UX designers, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to ensure the best solutions are delivered.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 6-8 years of product management experience with a strong focus on leading digital product teams in financial services, fintech startups, or large technology companies.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in an Agile framework, including tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills:

  • Analytical Expertise: Ability to analyze data and combine insights into actionable business strategies and digital solutions.
  • Thought Leadership: Ability to drive strategy, innovation, and differentiation while aligning product goals with business objectives.
  • Agile Experience: Expertise in Agile frameworks, with proficiency in industry-standard collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Natural Curiosity & Self-Drive: Proactive in seeking out information, solving problems, and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative: Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, both on- and off-shore.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, banking, fintech, and UX design best practices.
  • Experience in Digital/IT Systems Development: Strong understanding of the digital space, with experience in information technology systems development.
