Echo Tech

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Echo Tech to join our team in Fargo, ND. This position offers a competitive salary of $75 per hour including hourly wages and per diems. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic ultrasound procedures
• Assist physicians with stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient procedures
• Maintain equipment and supplies in a clean and organized manner
• Must have pediatric experience for 10% of the patient population

General job duties.  Types of procedures required.  
Perform inpatient and outpatient transthoracic echocardiograms for both adult and pediatric patients. 
Occasional stress echocardiograms and assist with transesophageal echocardiograms.

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.         
Machines:
Philips Epiqs, Affinity’s and IE33’s. GE E95 and Vived E9

Reporting systems:
Epiq Cupid - reporting
Sectra – Cardiology PACS

Required skills and minimum years of experience.              
Graduate of accredited program with at least three year of experience

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. 
BLS - must be AHA
RDCS (PE) or RCS

Shift or schedule requirements. 
Mostly clinic and hospital shifts ranging from start times of 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
Staffed/call one weekend/month along with another staff member
Call one day every other week
Will work alone only after hours if called in

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
500 bed hospital
5 outpatient clinic rooms
