HR Business Partner

Vaco Phoenix is looking for an HR Business Partner for a top client in Phoenix AZ! The HR Business Partner plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs/talent initiatives forward and ensuring initiatives align with the companies’ mission, vision, and values. This is an in-office role located near the airport, and hiring immediately!
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders to address needs and provide HR solutions.
• Implement and enforce HR policies in line with company values and legal standards.
• Drive employee engagement and development through initiatives like surveys, recognition, and learning opportunities.
• Resolve employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Support performance management through goal setting, appraisals, feedback, and coaching.
• Assist with talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and legal regulations to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in HR software, such as ADP Workforce Now.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
• Familiarity with multi-site and multi-state operations; willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Fluent in Spanish
