Standard BioTools is looking for motivated Compensation Analyst who as a part of the Total Rewards team will support the development, implementation and administration of our global compensation programs. As a trusted compensation partner, you will also work with leadership and the HR team to support talent acquisition and employee compensation decisions. Total Rewards team members interact with HR staff around the world, including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Singapore.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct analysis and make compensation offer recommendations for open jobs in partnership with managers, recruiting team and HR Business Partners
  • Make recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions
  • Support equity compensation analysis and recommendations
  • Manage annual focal review and planning process through Workday compensation module
  • Lead the annual and quarterly compensation survey submission process
  • Assist with the development and rollout of communication plans for compensation programs
  • Perform ad-hoc market research, competitive analysis and benchmarking studies to support business needs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in broad based compensation programs, preferably with global experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Workday HRIS
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Understands how to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain organized work processes, manage several projects and files simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced work environment
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high-priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


Compensation Range: $67,800 - $96,900
