We are seeking an entry-level recruiter to join our team at Planet Forward. You will be instrumental in identifying and placing top talent to meet our clients' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and supporting the recruitment needs of the sales team in order to proactively seek and maintain a well-qualified candidate pool.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level recruiter to join our team at Planet Forward. You will be instrumental in identifying and placing top talent to meet our clients' needs. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and supporting the recruitment needs of the sales team in order to proactively seek and maintain a well-qualified candidate pool.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively source candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, cold calling, data mining, internal database searches and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to address current and future client demands
- Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing tangible and detailed information that will help to ensure a successful interview process
- Effectively on-board and off-board candidates
- Provide guidance for employment related issues during candidate's contract assignment
- Maintain effective and frequent communication with candidates to develop long term relationships
- Negotiate terms and conditions of all offers to candidates
- Work independently and exercise independent judgment in the determination of engaging, developing, and maintaining suitable candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Bullhorn
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS tools is preferred

- Base Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
