Job location: Hybrid, 3/2 in the Sandy Springs area in Atlanta.

Requirements
Basic requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in product development
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage the conflicting needs of stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related discipline
- Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the business objectives.
- Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and user needs.
- Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear and comprehensive view of the product's future.
- Collaborate with the development team to refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, and executive leadership.
- Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
- Embrace Agile principles and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive efficient and iterative product development.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prioritize user experience and advocate for user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate with designers and UX researchers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to define and execute testing strategies.
- Ensure the product meets high quality standards and delivers exceptional user value.
