ITTConnect is seeking a Product Owner to work for one of our clients. This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Telecom business.

Job location: Hybrid, 3/2 in the Sandy Springs area in Atlanta.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

Basic requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in product development
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
  • Understanding of business value related to features and functions
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage the conflicting needs of stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related discipline
  • Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology
Product Vision and Strategy:
  • Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the business objectives.
  • Define the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and user needs.
Product Backlog Management:
  • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring a clear and comprehensive view of the product's future.
  • Collaborate with the development team to refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and shared understanding.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, and executive leadership.
  • Effectively communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Agile Methodology:
  • Embrace Agile principles and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive efficient and iterative product development.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
User Experience:
  • Prioritize user experience and advocate for user-centered design principles.
  • Collaborate with designers and UX researchers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.
Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to define and execute testing strategies.
  • Ensure the product meets high quality standards and delivers exceptional user value.
