Job Description:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 6+ years experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software
- Strong understanding of ML/AI model development lifecycle and governance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with model risk management frameworks (SR 11-7 or similar)
- Experience with model validation processes and documentation
Role Description:
Product Management
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Model Manager, aligning it with enterprise AI/ML strategy
- Manage the product backlog, including creation, refinement, and prioritization of features
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Agile development team
- Track and report on product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with data scientists, model developers, risk managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and business stakeholders
- Present product updates and roadmap to senior leadership
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups on feature priorities and trade-offs Process & Program Management
- Establish and optimize model governance workflows within the platform
- Oversee the implementation of model documentation and validation processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for model risk management
- Coordinate with enterprise architecture teams for system integration
- Manage release planning and change management processes
- Streamlining model development and deployment processes
- Enhancing model governance and risk management capabilities
- Improving collaboration between technical and business teams
- Ensuring regulatory compliance for model management
- Driving innovation in enterprise AI/ML operations
