AGE Solutions is looking for a Knowledge Manager to join our
team at Ft. Meade, MD. The Knowledge Manager will provide technical support and
engineering activities to develop and maintain knowledge management functions
in a knowledge management SharePoint site(s).

Applicants must reside within a commutable distance of Fort
George G. Meade, MD in order to work a hybrid onsite schedule. A current DoD
Secret clearance is required.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to
    understand business needs and translate them into functional Power Apps
    designs.
  • Create Canvas Power Apps with intuitive user
    interfaces.
  • Utilize various Power Apps features like formulas, controls,
    and data connections to build dynamic applications.
  • Implement data integration with various sources like
    SharePoint lists, and Excel workbooks to include the possibility of SQL servers
    or Dataverse.
  • In design and development of the solution, document the
    steps taken to provide documented standard operating procedures on each role
    from the customer user, admin team user, and a developer design document.
  • Thoroughly test Power Apps to ensure functionality, data
    integrity, and user experience, performing debugging and troubleshooting as
    needed.
  • Deploy Power Apps to production environments, manage
    updates, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users.
  • Implement appropriate security measures to control user
    access and data privacy within Power Apps. Use Power App functions, SharePoint
    List, or Microsoft Groups to manage views for different customers within the
    same application.
  • Utilize Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to
    integrate Power Apps with other business processes and automate workflows.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing the knowledge management capability to
    support various functions including task management, engineering action
    tracking, test management and status, CM, and general file storage.
  • Maintain the knowledge management tool(s) in order to create
    and to structure portals necessary to display, to disseminate, and to keep
    current knowledge and information in the most efficient and use-able format for
    the program and product management team, DISA leadership and DoD customers.
  • Assist in maintaining release notes, functional deltas,
    installation guides, upgrade guides, migration guides, administration guides,
    user guides, training, and quality assurance plans and results as well as any
    other pertinent documentation relevant to EM programs, projects, and work
    activities.
  • Maintain archive records and files of work revisions, and
    other essential documentation.
  • Provide expertise in the technical knowledge of integration
    of information and knowledge portals for efficiency purposes and limit
    redundancy.
  • Receive requests for web content changes and analyze those
    requests to ensure conformity with DoD/DISA guidelines and process for action
    to the web site administrator.
  • Act as the initial technical POC for web content issues.
  • Develop training materials for administrators and
    instructors on the SPO features and functions. Training artifacts to include
    SOPs, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and online documentation to
    train users and administrators.
  • Provide in-person, classroom/instructor led training to
    subscribers. Training content shall include ex-plaining software features,
    functions, and common tasks associated with the DEPS/SPO capabilities.
  • Provide individual hands-on training to subscribers.
    Training content shall include explaining soft-ware features, functions, and
    common tasks associated with DEPS services and capabilities.
  • Provide live online instructor led training to subscribers.
    Training content shall include explaining software features, functions, and
    common tasks associated with DEPS services and capabilities.
  • Coordinate the content management planning and deployment
    with theSharePoint
    Administrator, Command Affairs Office, DISA IA, and other headquarters points
    of contact.
  • Ensure information availability, will assess tool-suite
    interoperability and security strategies, and provide recommendations for
    enhancements.

Requirements

Clearance and Citizenship Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret Clearance.

Certification Requirements:

  • 8570 IAT Level I certification required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Power Apps, Canvas
    Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Apps Portals.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Location Requirements:

  • Must reside within a commutable distance of Fort George G.
    Meade, MD in order to work a hybrid onsite schedule.

Required Skills:

  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze business requirements
    and translate them into functional Power Apps solutions. Understanding of
    business processes and workflows.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to
    collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end-users. Consistently being
    able to present ideas or concepts to leadership and provide weekly updates on
    progress to the team in an Agile environment.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide input on capability enhancements and
    improvements.
  • Experience and ability with creating and maintaining
    training materials related to system or application use and operation.
    Knowledge management experience in this area is preferred.
  • Ability to provide individual hands-on training to
    subscribers and interact with users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools. including Word.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with
    other organizations.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Ability to work in a quick agile team environment and
    collaborate with other organizations.
  • Ability to communicate to leadership projects, and present
    to a broad group of stakeholders and to bridge the gap to solve problems with
    your solutions.
  • Proficiency and experience with SharePoint including use of
    permissions and access controls.

Salary range: $140-160k
